Canada is a welcoming nation for immigrants. In addition to welcoming immigrants from all over the world, they also give them access to the same services and amenities as other Canadian residents. To make it simpler for newcomers to settle in Canada, the Canadian government has created and implemented simple-to-follow immigration laws, norms, and documentation procedures. Fast Entry is one of the most widely used immigration routes to Canada. Every year, candidates who have all of their documentation prepared are given Invitation To Apply (ITA) status by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

There are numerous nominee programmes that each have unique eligibility conditions. A province’s current immigration needs are addressed via provincial nominee programmes (PNPs). These programmes typically cater to applicants who have expertise in in-demand professions.

Canada is a great place to immigrate, yet some provinces have easier eligibility requirements than others. Some PNPs, like the Ontario PNP, need a link to the area to submit for nomination, such as a job offer or work experience. Some PNPs, such as the Capital and Coast Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), demand absolutely no relationship.

The four provinces that are thought to make it the simplest for foreign applicants to obtain PR in Canada in 2022 are:

1. An International Skilled Worker from Saskatchewan

One of the international Skilled Immigrant Streams of the Saskatchewan Immigration Program, the Saskatchewan Express Entry programme is a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) sponsored by the province of Saskatchewan.

Applicants may submit their expression of interest to be considered for this stream if they have high-skilled job experience in a profession that isn’t listed on the SINP Excluded Occupations List. Successful candidates for Canada’s Express Entry stream from Saskatchewan will be requested to make a formal application for permanent residence. The application pool for this stream is compared and ranked using the points assessment grid to determine who will be granted a visa for Canadian permanent residence. Only individuals with standout profiles will be permitted to submit formal applications for this SINP stream. The Saskatchewan Express Entry Stream is open to applicants who have enrolled in the federal Express Entry pool.

In-demand occupations in the province are targeted via the Express Entry international skilled worker and Saskatchewan Occupation In-Demand worker streams. An Expression of Interest system is used in certain International Skilled Worker streams to manually choose applicants.

For the SINP to be available to you, you must:

possess a legitimate employment offer from a Saskatchewan business for a position listed on the province’s list of in-demand professions

Get a minimum of 60 points on the SINP point evaluation scale.

attain level 4 or higher in either English or French of the Canadian Language Benchmark

Show that you have the requisite education, training, and/or professional credentials for your field of work.

Have at least a year’s worth of full-time work experience in a field similar to your planned career, unless you’re just starting out.Show that you have the resources to move to Saskatchewan.

You can use the SINP to apply for permanent residency if you satisfy all of these requirements. Saskatchewan is a desirable option for those seeking Canadian permanent residence because the application procedure is uncomplicated and the processing timeframes are short.

2. The Fast Entry Stream in Alberta

Several of Canada’s fastest-growing cities, including Calgary and Edmonton, are located in Alberta, a province in the country’s west. Alberta is a significant option for potential immigrants, boasting one of the strongest education systems in the nation and a thriving job market.

In order to apply for provincial nomination, candidates are chosen from the federal Express Entry pool by Alberta’s Express Entry stream. Considering CRS scores as low as 300 gives more candidates in the pool an opportunity to get a Notice of Interest from the province, which is one of the main advantages of this stream.

Even though an applicant may have a CRS score over 300, Alberta’s Express Entry does not always extend invitations. The lowest-scoring applicant in each round of invitations’ CRS score is made public by the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program, but the additional targeted criteria are not. The following elements can improve a candidate’s chances:

Working with a family member who resides in the Alberta region, such as a spouse or parent, is an excellent approach to accomplish family reunion . Someone with at least one year of experience, or someone with a job offer, who has lived in Alberta for at least one year.

A degree earned at a post-secondary school in Canada

The federally run Express Entry system is open to everyone who qualifies for immigration to Canada. An applicant’s Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score will be greatly raised by provincial nominations, which increases the likelihood that they will be awarded an ITA for PR in the upcoming Express Entry draw.

Due to its low CRS requirement, Alberta is usually regarded as one of the easiest jurisdictions in Canada to receive PR.
